Built by a construction technology company that has spent over a decade solving this exact problem.
HIVE is built by Arth Tech Global, a construction technology and digital delivery company with offices across Singapore, India, and the United States. Arth's core work — BIM/VDC consultancy, Integrated Digital Delivery, Digital PMC, and digital analytics — gave us a front-row seat to the same problem, over and over: built assets generate enormous amounts of data, and almost none of it reaches the people who need it in time to act.
HIVE is our answer. It's the product of two industries colliding — the people who build these assets, and the AI infrastructure to finally make them think.
